The laws of Sweden shall govern this Agreement, your rights and duties, and any activities envisaged hereby. You agree that the courts in Stockholm, Sweden, will have sole jurisdiction and venue.

The TERMS OF USE for the Fx Nation Signal are thus included in this Customer Agreement. You consent to and agree to be bound by the Fx Nation Signal Terms of Use by accepting the terms of this Agreement.
